No Shirt, So Shoes, No Service

This one took awhile. Initially in my sketch book, I went all over the place, I drew shoes. I thought of drawing Forrest Gump on a park bench with a suitcase full of nothing but shoes, I drew clown shoes, shoes with eyes and faces...and with arms derived from their little laces. That's an obscure inside joke to my first children's book of which there is only one copy...

Then I got semi-inspired by the picture you see here.

Initially other drawings had him wearing a pair of shoes, but that didn't make any sense with the signage presented. So instead, finally, after numerous drawings, and false starts, here we are with Day 29 which answers the visual prompt "shoes." Tell me if you have trouble reading it.
